I love Massage downtown

I had the worse massage here. The staff were friendly but not a place to go relax. My masseuse was in and out of the room multiple times, talking and yelling with other staff and had her watch ringing in my ear during my massage. It felt like they had a dispute between the staff members. During the massage she used her elbows and I asked to not use so much force. She laughed and said it was normal and continued. It felt like she enjoyed using so much force. Right after my massage I felt lightheaded and continued to feel dizzy throughout the rest of the night. The next day I woke up sore & bruised.

I got a massage here and my masseuse was Angela and she was so communicative, friendly, and attentive. I have really tight and stiff shoulders and not only did she help relieve the pain but she went above and beyond to explain her technique and adapt the massage to help relief my tension specifically.

I had a wonderful massage here. I would recommend maybe bringing ear phones as the neighbor plays loud music which was remixed by the spa sounds. My therapist also answered a phone call and left the room multiple times. It was a great massage nonetheless. Just manage your expectations.
